At TheGoodBelts, all orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Vietnam. Our standard processing time is typically between 3-5 business days; however, for custom belts, please allow 3-7 business days.
Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with essential details, including your order number, a summary of items, total cost, and the shipping address. Once your package is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking link, so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
For international shipments, we rely on trusted carrier DHL Express. These services generally deliver within a week, and in some cases, may even arrive faster than domestic shipments. To keep express shipping affordable for our customers, we subsidize part of the shipping cost, and we do not charge additional fees for multiple items in a single order. Shipping fees are based on the total value of your order, and please be aware that TheGoodBelts is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be applied upon arrival in your country. If a customer chooses to return an order due to customs fees or taxes, they will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
Please note that we only ship to residential and business addresses. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses, APO, or FPO addresses. If any shipping issues arise due to an incorrect address provided by TheGoodBelts, we will either issue a replacement order or process a refund for the customer.
