TheGoodBelts accepts returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Returns: Accepted for both defective and non-defective products (only if the product is new and unused).
Exchanges: Accepted.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be new (not bent, creased, or showing any signs of use).
  • Return window: 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • If the product is defective due to manufacturing issues or if you received the wrong item, you can return it at no extra cost.
  • If the product has been used or personalized, a restocking fee of up to 80% of the product’s price may apply.

Method & Fees

  • Return method: At a drop-off location.
  • Return shipping costs: Covered by the customer.
  • Refund processing time: Up to 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
