For custom orders, the time it takes craftsmen to complete them is 4 to 6 working days. Orders will be processed immediately after you place your order, so if you have any changes you want to make, be sure to get in touch with Thegoodbelts immediately (changes can only be made one day after you place your order).

Term of exchange: 30 days from the date you receive the product or as soon as you discover the error when receiving the goods.
Conditions: These apply to all items that are faulty due to manufacturer defects or if the product you receive does not match the product you ordered in your order details (TheGoodBelts always strives to ensure the product you receive is as close as possible in terms of color and other specifications—at least 90% accurate to the images shown, though slight discrepancies up to 10% may occur due to material variations and actual lighting conditions).

At TheGoodBelts, all orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Vietnam. Our standard processing time is typically between 3-5 business days; however, for custom belts, please allow 3-7 business days. During high-demand periods, such as peak seasons, processing may take an additional 3-5 business days due to increased order volumes.
Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with essential details, including your order number, a summary of items, total cost, and the shipping address. Once your package is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking link, so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
